Richard J. Skaff, P.E. - Founder, President, and CEO

Richard “Dick” Skaff holds a Masters in Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University . For more than 30 years, Dick has practiced as a Registered Professional Engineer. Throughout his career, Dick has served in several community and professional organizations. Specifically, he is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Arbitration Association. His numerous community contributions include his membership in the Mooresville-Lake Norman Rotary where he was named a Paul Harris Fellow. He is also the former Vice-President of the Mooresville South Iredell Chamber of Commerce, a past Representative to the Iredell County Small Business Council, and a Church Deacon.

A registered Engineering Intern with 7 years of experience, Richard earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering & Management from North Carolina State University . Richard also holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina . In addition, Richard achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, the highest advancement rank in Scouting.

Larry Howard - Field Operations Manager

With over 30 years of experience, Larry Howard supervises all project superintendents, field personnel, and subcontractors. In addition, he manages the coordination of all construction schedules. Larry has attended numerous professional construction training seminars and is certified in First Aid and CPR. Throughout the years, Larry has been involved in many aspects of the local community, including a volunteer coach for children’s recreational sports teams.
